Company Information

Pacific Shine LLC is a Hawaii-based company providing professional cleaning services. We operate across the island of Oahu and serve vacation rental hosts, property managers, and homeowners.

Services Provided

We specialize in turnover housekeeping, deep cleaning, linen service, and restocking for short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other vacation rental platforms. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard cleaning products and procedures.

  • Turnover cleaning between guest stays
  • Deep cleaning and seasonal refreshes

  • Property condition reporting

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and check. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. For recurring scheduled services, clients may be set up on automatic billing with prior consent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis when possible.

Liability

While we take great care in cleaning your property, Pacific Shine LLC is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear, defective fixtures, or items not disclosed prior to service. Any concerns about service quality must be reported within 24 hours of completion for resolution.
